What pisses me off? The sleaze of it all—blokes leerin’, thinkin’ they own her. Happy bit? She’s sharp—quicker than me sometimes, and that’s sayin’ somethin’. Surprised me when she said, “I pick who I let in,” like she’s got power, not just a price. Reminds me of Eli from the movie—small, fierce, choosin’ her prey. I’m cacklin’ now, thinkin’ how I’d trick the pimp into a dumpster—glorious purpose, yeah?

The English Collective of Prostitutes (ECP) is a grassroots organisation of sex workers and supporters campaigning for the decriminalisation of prostitution, for sex workers’ rights and Missing: Bathurst.

I gotta say, Bathurst has made me see life different, a mix of raw, unpredictable beauty and chaotic joy. Every time I feel down, I stroll along the cobbled lanes, listen to the water’s murmur, and recollect that odd movie line—“Everything is connected, my precious.” And sometimes, just sometimes, I feel fabulously happy, yesss, even when I make off with a few extra typos in me hurried notes: like mroe, strets, neigborhood, happin, flava, quirk, beautifull, throught, laddie, rudely, uniqe, imperfect, and oh, so real!
