The neighborhoods? Let’s talk “Eastside Hustle.” Slightly rundown but bursting with character. Graffiti decorates the old brick walls – each spray a story, a dare, a melancholic nod to lost youth. Makes me think of those wild nights in Spring Breakers – rebellious, reckless, but hilariously raw.
