Ever been to the scenic Seneca River? Man, it’s like nature’s own big stage. I used to sit on the banks of the river near the Willow Park – a chill-out zone where I could catch the comforting whisper of water when my sessions got heavy. True story: once, after a particularly rough day counselling, I sat there for hours just soaking it all in, letting the river wash my worries away.
