Had a cup of coffee at the book shop and visited the shops. Cute shops with unique items. My sister and I were in yoga pants and were dressed very casually.

The neighborhoods here are cozy and quirky. Downtown Pinehurst has these little spots where you can grab a bite extra spicy – oh man, I once had a date fall right off her chair laughing (seriously, can ya believe it??). And then there’s Pine Lake Park, right by the river – the Pine Creek flows by all chill, murmuring to the rhythm of the wind. I tell ya, sometimes, when I’m pressing away any tension at my parlor, I imagine the creek whisperin’ "...the only difference between a pain and a pleasure is you." Not a real quote, but ya get the vibe, hehe!
