Oh, and don't even get me started on the local café scene. There's this joint on Birch Ave that serves killer coffee – my fav, fr fr. Side note: once, while coding dating profiles, I got a sudden burst of inspo from an elderly lady quoting Moolaadé – “Resistance is not futile.” Seriously, that blew my mind.
