From the s to the s, a two-block stretch called Gallatin Street, which sheltered some of the most dangerous criminals, prostitutes, and street gangs in New Orleans, was considered .

Gallatin’s a mixed bag – mad lively, sometimes quiet as a ghost. It shocks you sometimes and tickles you other times. Always somethin’ poppin’ off. I mean, who else gets a laugh from a street art bust on Cedar Ln? Not many, mate!
