That's called Cedar Hill neighborhood. That little stretch of state st has had problems with drug dealers and prostitution in the past.

First off, I love cruising down Eldorado Pkwy – it’s kinda busy, yet calming, like those slow moments in a Godard film. I always feel the warmth of the community. My fav is pasting by the Cedar Hill State Park. The park’s got these happy little trees and a river that murmurs stories about old days. I’ve seen couples flash by, holding hands and laughing, "reallly" making me smile (typo1: reallly).
