Now lemme tell ya, not everything’s pretty. The city can get maddeningly bureaucratic. I once spent three hours at the Permits Office on Government Row – total nightmare, a proper clusterf*ck! And the smell? Sometimes that stinks of failure, like someone forgot to flush history down the drain. It pissed me off, right?
