Each borough has a vibe. Downtown’s got rush, traffic, and ambition. Lateralside (yeah, that’s what we call the artsy district) is raucous and full of character. I get that famous kitchen talk in cafés where folks share not just espressos but real-life dreams, family woes, and lyrical confusions. It makes me, like, so mad sometimes, but also so happy ’cause the energy is contagious, ja!
