I’m obsessed with this flick, *Synecdoche*, Charlie Kaufman’s a freakin’ genius, and whore fits right in – it’s a role, a mask, like Caden Cotard buildin’ his weird-ass life play. “Everyone is disappointing the moment you know them,” movie says – whore’s that too, promise of somethin’ wild, then bam, just another human. Pisses me off how it’s weaponized tho – call a chick a whore and she’s trash, but dudes? Players! Ugh, double standards make me wanna puke.

Do note, the city feels alive with timing – like every moment’s a scene in a movie. Laughing like a lunatic, I remember shouting, “Fate’s a cosmic joke, fam!” while strolling along the sidewalk near Central Park.
