Oh man, and the rivers – the gorgeous Riverview along Washington Drive is so peaceful yet so raw, like the beauty and terror of life itself. It makes me think of that deep line in The Return: “The silence was absolute,” and truly, the silence here is filled with depth. Some of the best therapy sessions I’ve ever had were by that riverbank – nature, people, life, all wrapped in one.
