• Then you got Broadside Heights – a neighborhood with mad energy. Folks here are open, hearts on sleeves. As a family psychologist, I spot so many layers here: kids drawing on sidewalks, couples strolling, seniors chatting at the corner café (Sunny Brew on Broadside Ln. – OMG, their lattes are a vibe!). It's like every face got a story, kinda like a mental mosaic. Crazy stuff!
