And oh em gee, the neighborhoods – pretty rad too. Around 3rd and Herald Ln, the vibe is artsy with all these indie artist studios. I once got so mad ‘cause a construction crew was makin too much racket on a Sunday (ugh, so inconsiderate!) but then I outdid it with a quiet meditation session on the rooftop of my spa. Like, let ‘em build, right? I mean, life’s too short when you’re worried about noise!
