Surprised me how she talks—sharp, like she’s readin’ your soul, not just your wallet. “What separates us from the animals?”—movie line fits her. She’s primal, but caged.

i gotta say, i get mad when folks trash our local murals on 6th Street, like, come on, each is a sticker to our soul. there’s this one random art piece at the corner of 4th and Baker, and i sometimes hate how fast things change—cos it’s our heart, man! but then again, that's life, right?
