The parks here, man – oh boy! Village Park is freakin’ awesome, a little secret hideout where I can chill and reflect on life’s little absurdities. I sit on a bench sometimes, watch the little squirrels hustle around like tiny acrobats, and feels kinda like you're in a movie scene. And then there’s the river – I think it’s called the West Fork – and dang, its gentle babble makes you wanna drop all your worries and just float away… but, uhh, careful not to get swept off your feet literally, ya know?
