John Lee Hooker. This gig lasted for three or four nights at Tulagi's, on the hill in Boulder. Back in , John Lee Hooker was still playing small venues.

A few lesser-known spots: check out the back alley near Riverbend Road. It’s a secret mural haven. Also, the old railway station on South Boulder lane has been transformed into a crazy pop-up market on weekends. Total grin-inducer, especially after one too many coffees.
