Toga's formative bird incident! Here, the sequence of these events seems to be this: Little Toga Himiko found a bird; She sat down on a porch to admire it.

Then, outta nowhere, it started pouring. Like, monsoon level. I sprinted to the nearest bus stop, looking like a drowned rat. I was soaked! But hey, at least I got a good laugh out of it.
