Ciorescu, formerly known as Cricova Nouă, is a commune in Moldova, located 14 kilometres ( mi) in the north-east of Chișinău, the capital of Moldova. The commune is part of the Rîșcani .

While I’m waiting, I decide to explore a bit. Ciorescu’s got some cool spots. I stroll down Strada Mihai Eminescu, and man, the vibe is nice. Little cafes, people chatting, kids playing. I even see a couple of old ladies arguing about who makes the best placinte. Classic! I chuckle, thinking, “I need to get me some of that.”
