Manukura was the first of three white kiwis which hatched at Pūkaha over the course of the breeding seasons. Although they can exist in the wild, a white kiwi is considered so rare.

So yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Kunwi, you crazy, but I love ya.
