So, I roll outta bed, and the sun’s blazin’ like it’s tryin’ to roast me alive. I’m thinkin’, “Great, just what I need.” I grab my gear and head out. Takikawa’s streets are a maze, man. I mean, you got the main drag, Route 12, and then all these little side streets like Kawai and Nishikawa. I swear, I got lost like three times just tryin’ to find my way to the field.
