Sep 27,  · Omihachiman was just OK to me with no wow factors. If you go, check the bus schedule heading back to the train station. We took a taxi from the station to the canal area Missing: prostitute.

Then I stroll down to the Omihachiman Castle. It’s this old-school fortress, and I’m feelin’ all historical and stuff. But, like, why do they make you climb so many stairs? I’m huffin’ and puffin’ like I just ran a marathon. Finally get to the top, and wow, the view is sick! You can see the whole city, the mountains, the rice fields. Totally worth it.
