Myokenji Temple (妙顯寺)

Kamishichiken is the oldest geiko (as geisha are known in Kyoto) district in the city. Its name means “Seven Upper Houses” and refers to the seven teahouses that were built here during Missing: prostitute.

The park is packed! I mean, people everywhere. Kids running, couples taking selfies, and food stalls everywhere. I grab some takoyaki. Best decision ever! I’m munching away, and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. It’s like a pink explosion! I’m feeling all zen and stuff.
