After that chaos, I needed a breather. So, I strolled down to Asahikawa’s famous Otokoyama Sake Brewery. Man, that place is a gem! The vibe is chill, and the sake? Oh boy, it’s like liquid gold. I tried a few samples, and let me tell ya, I was feelin’ good. I even chatted with the owner, who’s a total character. He told me about the history of sake in Asahikawa, and I was just noddin’ along, tryin’ not to spill my drink.
