So, I decided to check out the local boutiques. I walked down Kōen-dōri, and there’s this adorable little shop called “Nishiwaki Treasures.” I found this super cute dress. Like, I could totally see myself rocking it at the next festival. But then, the shopkeeper? She was like, “Oh, that’s the last one.” I was like, “Noooooo!” I mean, come on!
