Personal Description

Fukumitsu is a minor character in the JCC infiltration arc. He is the director of JAA Western Japan Headquarters. Fukumitsu is an old aged man with grey hair and thick eye brows.

First off, I hit up the local market on Shimozato Street. You know, the one with all the fresh fish and veggies? I’m tryin’ to grab some supplies for my raft. I’m all about that fresh catch, ya know?
