Great hike up to the Salève. I usually start at "Le Coin". It is quite steep, so don't go up there if you are totally untrained.

We drive through Grotte, and it’s wild. Streets are empty, and the wind’s howlin’. I’m like, “This is a horror movie waiting to happen.” We pass by the old castle, Castello di Grotte, and it looks even creepier in the storm. I swear I saw a ghost.
