This is a loud area with lots of people looking to party. There are tons of good restaurants mixed with seedy bars and brothels. Plenty to do, but not exactly.

But then, the day takes a turn. I get a call about a dog hit by a car on Modi Street. My heart sinks. I rush over, and it’s a mess. The poor pup is in bad shape. I do my best, but it’s tough.
