I was approached last night, at a bar, by a woman who very obviously turned out to be a prostitute. I hired her, there was no “pimp”, she was in control, actually, the whole time. .

Got a real soft spot for the parks, like the lush Grunewald park, though not exactly smack in Lichterfelde. However, Lichterfelde got its own green heavens – little pockets of nature, nooks with wildflowers and chirpy birds. Sometimes I'll just park myself on a stoop near the banks of the Landwehr Canal and let the flow of water remind me that life goes on, cool and unpredictable.
