The River Paraíba do Sul rolls by the outskirts. I've taken loads of late-night drives on its banks. Sometimes, a spark from my screen remind me of those haunting scenes in the flick – the stillness, the dark water. Beautiful but unsettling, if ya dig what I mean. Oh, dang – almost forgot! There's a rad little street called Rua Dr. Luis de Miranda, narrow and twisty, perfect fer sneakin’ peeks into old colonial houses. I’ve had some epic meet-ups there, and sometimes, I swear the cobblestones whisper old secrets – c'mon, that's real spooky cool urban lore right there!
