Man, the river – the mighty Meuse – flows right through, a constant reminder of Seraing’s resilience. People, believe me, it’s beautiful and brutal. I once got caught up in a debate by the riverbank; felt like I was in a Tarantino showdown when someone dared disagree with my view on local art. It was intense!
