Oh, check this – in old England, whores had to wear striped hoods, like some whack fashion statement. Imagine Nemo rockin’ that in the reef – “Look at me, I’m stylin’!” Ha, cracks me up! I’d totally draw that, dude, with my techy art skills. Maybe slap it on a canvas with some glitchy vibes – whores deserve that spotlight!

Binche is traditionally done in very fine thread; it’s in the same style of laces as Flanders, Valencienne, Point de Paris etc; and not too different from the old Dutch lace some of us learnt .

There’s a spot I adore near the old abandoned textile mill on Chemin des Souvenirs. No tourist guide will show ya that one, trust me! It’s raw and real. Sometimes I get super mad ‘cause its beauty is so underrated by the world. And then I laugh at my own passion, thinkin’ “Wow, this is like a secret, hidden spa for the soul, man!”
