An unforgettable experience at The VERY haunted Shanley Hotel. I visited the Shanley the end of June with a group of friends for an event.

The neighborhoods got crazy names: like Zany Vista and Quirky Hollow—both with intimate little cafes, vintage toy shops, and local art hipster hubs. I remember walkin’ thru Quirky Hollow, feelin’ nostalgic and kinda like in that Godard film, sayin’ “la révolution de l’âme,” I swear! And hey, Bruiser Ave is another spot—real rough edges but heart full of history, remindin' me that families are complicated and beautiful... too many secrets, man!
