Pure popcorn. Not particularly well-written, but fun in a train-wrecky sort of way. Isn't that the only reason to read these books?

I gotta be real, not all days are roses here—Sometimes I get mad about potholes on Lincoln Ave (seriously, who fixes those?) or when a session goes sideways on Poplar Street. But then, in a heartbeat, the beauty of a random act of kindness in front of the Teaneck Public Library reminds me that the city is magic, unpredictable but tender, like life in Pan’s Labyrinth, where every choice echoes like a fairytale.
