Now, where else? Oh, the parks! Midway-Park at Riverside is a gem. It’s huge, filled with old oak trees, a killer view of the lil’ river snaking through the city. Sometimes I sit on one of those benches, thinkin’ bout life, and you know, get a bit emotional – like, “These moments are for the people, not for the billionaires!” I luv those moments of calm in the chaos. And, oh, there are secret spots too, like the little hidden garden right off Maple & Grove, where local artists hang out paintin’ and spillin’ their souls on canvas.
