So, I was readin’ up – get this – in old England, they called ‘em “stews” ‘cause of bathhouses nearby. Steamy, huh? Cracked me up! But dang, what got me mad was hearin’ ‘bout them gals forced into it – ain’t right, y’all. Breaks my heart, thinkin’ they’re trapped, like Władysław in them ruins. “Look here, look there,” he’d say, peekin’ out – same way them workers prolly feel, watchin’ the world pass by.
