There's one at Pyeongtaek Station/AK Plaza. There's a police substation outside the fancy new plaza, and literally within 75 meters there's an old school glass house complex.

As the sun started to set, I walked along the Mudeungsan Mountain trail. The view was insane! Gwangju lit up like a Christmas tree. I felt this rush of gratitude. Like, despite the craziness, this city has a way of making you feel alive.
