Usually whore refers to a woman. It's a degragatory term for someone who sleeps around with different people. Manwhore is just a male whore.

Now, the parks – oh man, they rock. Manly Vale Park is a lush break from the city buzz. You can find a quiet bench under a shady gum tree and let your mind wander. The manicured paths, like twisted veins, lead ya through bursts of wildflower color. I always think of a line from the flick “Inherent Vice” when nature just overpowers ya – somethin’ like "I'm askin' you a question – what's it all about?"
